Autumn and spring are my two favorite seasons. No wonder — they’ve come to symbolize transitions, the expression of change, the natural transformation of things. Both are short and sweet. Always bold. Full of rich color, dynamic movement and grand transformation. Just the way I would describe the experience of beautiful shifts and growth that can along the way of awakening, if we allow it.
