Love Gush: I wish for you…

I was given this a few years ago. Not the exact words in the exact sequence, but the essence. It’s distilled down from a reading I had with Barbara With. I felt compelled to share it with you. Before reading this, though, feel into it. Is it for you? My intention is not to foist an agenda on you, only to inspire you if you wish it.

That said,
I wish for you…

To know that as you journey ever deeper into you, you are, indeed, becoming “the change”.

An attitude of discovery replaces the near constant mental track that was running in your head. “What did I do wrong that I didn’t see?” Now becomes, “I’m here to see!” You are integrating and healing as you do this work of you. There is an easing into acceptance and surrender to the true self. Calming those anxious and terrified bits. Limiting distractions that cause you to look away from you. Saying no to drama that pulls you into what is not yours. Giving yourself the time you need to relax into you.

To know that this time is all about you.

Creating a life organized around you. The discovering of you. The pampering of you. The taking care of you. Receiving the gift of kindness you show yourself. Testing the limits of how much you can let go. How much you can ease the fluxuation of your thinking. How much you can let yourself feel…and breathe. How much you can laugh at yourself with compassion and gentleness. How much honor you can have for your strength and grace. How much awareness you can have, in every moment, of the impact you have on your inner life and outer life.

To get in touch with the incredibly huge energy that you’ve brought here and accept it.

You, more than ever, are able to hold this space of compassion for yourself, as a envelop of safety, a sacred space of you and for you. Aligning, each day to compassion. To love. Moment by moment, picking up more and more of your power and sovereignty. Opening, by degrees, to this mighty presence that you know that you are.

And finally,
To be in awe of getting to be who you are.

  1. Thanks, I needed that! We trade so cheaply sometimes on the grandeur of who we really are. The “roles” in which we find ourselves inform so much of our energetic investment. We who are ultimately formless, abiding for a time in a delicate vessel, touching this world for but a moment with the calligraphy of our presence… we sometimes forget…
